“I really like this inn, very clean and quiet ”

“The Virginia Guesthouse is a new hotel and conference center, right next to the University of Virginia. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Including providing a late checkout at 12 instead of 11, and holding our bags in their luggage check while we were still in town for the afternoon after checkout. The rooms are nicely designed and being brand new are perfectly clean. Throughout the hotel, there are lots of spaces designed in, such as gathering areas and libraries. The hotel is well……

“I’ve never paid so much for such a disappointing stay. The shower water pressure was so strong that it hurt my skin and the tub would not drain. It could not be adjusted. There was so fan in the bathroom so the entire area fogged up and even mirrors/tv screens in the actual room. I used the hair dryer and a bad smell came from the outlet, and when I removed it the tongs were hot enough to burn me. I checked in late at 11:30 but somehow at 1:30 it was still noisy enough on my hall to wake me out……

“We have three people and the room had only one chair. We asked for additional chairs. The staff did not want to provide any.”

“The stay was excellent and convenient location to UVA campus and local surroundings. The property was clean and the beds were exceptionally comfy. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting UVA.”
